Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily hub operations, including parcel sorting, dispatching, and delivery workflows.
- Manage and motivate a team of Drivers, Riders, and Sorters to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and manpower arrangement to meet daily delivery targets and peak period demands.
- Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as delivery success rates and processing turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, operational policies, and warehouse procedures.
- Maintain high standards of facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and inventory organization.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks or delivery issues promptly to maintain a smooth logistics flow.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, or express delivery environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as required by the business.
