Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Oversight: Supervise daily hub operations to ensure the smooth and timely processing of inbound and outbound deliveries, including parcels and packages.
- Manpower Management: Plan and schedule the workforce, including drivers, riders, and sorters, to optimize productivity and meet daily KPI targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the hub team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and workplace regulations to minimize accidents and ensure a secure working environment for all staff.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate handling of goods, resolving discrepancies and ensuring proper storage arrangements.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement efficient processes to enhance overall hub performance and reduce turnaround times.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze daily operational reports, providing feedback to management on performance metrics and areas for development.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar supervisory role within the transport and manufacturing sector.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams, managing shift schedules, and driving high performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP software.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy packages, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driving License: Valid Malaysian driving license is an advantage.
