In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations. You will take full ownership of all incoming shipments, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from unloading to final inspection. Your primary mission is to maintain 100% inventory accuracy, uphold stringent quality control standards, and optimize warehouse workflows to support our fast-paced manufacturing environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all inbound logistics activities, including unloading, verification, and receipt of incoming shipments.
- Execute rigorous quality inspections on all received materials to identify and report defects or damage immediately.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, cycle counting, and system reconciliations.
- Supervise daily warehouse floor activities and provide leadership to a team of material handlers and warehouse operators.
- Ensure strict adherence to warehouse safety protocols, 5S methodologies, and environmental compliance standards.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and production departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Manage warehouse documentation, including delivery orders, waybills, and digital inventory logs.
- Optimize space utilization and warehouse storage layout for maximum operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a warehouse team.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing practices is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in Malay, English, and/or Mandarin.
