Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Manage inventory levels through regular stock counts and utilization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Coordinate and lead warehouse staff, providing training, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security standards within the facility.
- Optimize storage layout to improve the efficiency of goods retrieval and throughput.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and generate operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or freight forwarding environment.
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management practices.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse personnel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage fast-paced operational shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to work in the Jurong East area and adapt to warehouse shift requirements.
