Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations for inbound receiving, storage, and outbound shipping
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training, performance management, and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and maximize efficiency
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies
- Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and procurement teams for seamless operations
- Generate performance reports on warehouse metrics including accuracy, throughput, and safety
- Manage warehouse resources including equipment, materials, and space utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in warehouse management with supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train and motivate diverse teams
- Knowledge of OHS regulations and warehouse safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience optimizing warehouse layouts and operational workflows
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
