Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise inbound/outbound operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff through performance coaching and training programs
- Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy and minimize losses
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and procurement teams
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of OHS standards and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak operational periods
