Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training, performance feedback, and ensuring high productivity standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Implement and enforce strict safety regulations and warehouse housekeeping policies to prevent accidents.
- Analyze operational workflows and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise with transport coordinators and logistics teams to schedule shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Manage supply chain documentation, including packing lists, delivery receipts, and inventory reports.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks as required.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
