Philteq Enterprise Incorporated is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor / Inventory Controller to join our dynamic logistics team in Cubao. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end efficiency of our warehouse, ensuring impeccable inventory accuracy, and leading our team to meet high operational standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of warehouse management systems, specifically SAP, and a firm grasp of FIFO inventory management principles. You will play a critical role in minimizing discrepancies through regular audits, maintaining compliance with safety protocols, and optimizing storage workflows to support our growing business needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts, regular stock audits, and reconciliation.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and professional growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management and quality control standards.
- Manage warehouse data and transactions accurately within the SAP system.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to optimize stock levels and minimize dead stock.
- Enforce company policies, security measures, and workplace safety compliance at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Inventory Controller, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Expertise in using SAP or similar Tier 1 Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of comfort handling numerical data and reporting.
- Excellent leadership abilities and experience in managing diverse warehouse teams.
- Solid understanding of inventory control best practices and warehouse safety regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
