As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end logistics process, from receiving and storing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will manage a team of warehouse assistants, enforce safety standards, and continuously improve workflow efficiency. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in meeting daily throughput targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with transportation and procurement teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and 5S housekeeping standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Prepare production reports, KPI dashboards, and performance reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution centre.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work shifts and occasional overtime as required.
