Shopee is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor - Last Mile Operations to join our SPX Express team in Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing hub operations and ensuring the optimal arrangement of manpower, including drivers, riders, and sorters.
Your primary focus will be to drive operational excellence, manage workforce schedules, and ensure that all logistics processes adhere to the highest safety and quality standards. You will act as the bridge between operational management and the frontline team, solving challenges in real-time to maintain a seamless last-mile delivery network. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage daily hub operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the manpower arrangement for drivers, riders, and sorters to optimize workflow.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with management to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve performance.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate sorting and dispatch of packages.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with last-mile delivery operations and hub management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
