Shopee is seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Last Mile delivery operations in Johor. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end warehousing process, ensuring that parcels are handled with precision and dispatched efficiently to meet our high service standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with route planning teams to optimize delivery schedules and managing a team of warehouse staff to maintain operational excellence. By implementing best practices in safety and inventory management, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and the smooth flow of goods in the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching of parcels to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, conducting regular performance reviews and training.
- Develop and implement efficient route planning strategies to minimize delivery times and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and preventing discrepancies.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with logistics managers to analyze operational KPIs and identify areas for process improvement.
- Coordinate with external logistics partners to resolve delivery issues and ensure high service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or Last Mile operations.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and management.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
