Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and performance standards are met.
- Implement and maintain rigorous inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Monitor warehouse workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations, fostering a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and fulfillment.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational costs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Lubao, Pampanga.
