In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory flow, optimizing storage efficiency, and leading a team to meet strict production and distribution deadlines. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with production and procurement departments to ensure timely material supply for contract manufacturing activities.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across the facility.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize storage capacity and operational throughput.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners and carriers to ensure efficient outbound distribution.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and inventory control techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Relevant certifications in forklift operation or workplace safety (e.g., WSH coordinator) will be an added advantage.
