Are you an experienced logistics professional looking to take charge of operations? Talent Trader Group is currently seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor or Manager to oversee our night shift operations in Tampines. This is a critical leadership role responsible for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing warehouse productivity during night hours.
As the primary point of contact for the night shift, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure that receiving, storage, and distribution processes are executed with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the night shift warehouse team to ensure all operational KPIs are met.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and oversee daily receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching activities.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols across the warehouse floor.
- Optimize workflow processes to minimize downtime and improve overall shift productivity.
- Conduct regular team briefings and provide performance feedback to staff members.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure all warehouse machinery is operational.
- Prepare comprehensive end-of-shift reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control procedures.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage operational challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data entry management.
- Prior experience working night shift rotations is highly advantageous.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and risk management.
