Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards are consistently met.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits using SAP.
- Coordinate with production and procurement departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across the facility.
- Analyze logistics workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and KPI dashboards for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP (ERP system) is essential; experience with WMS modules is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of inventory control best practices and warehouse management principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
