Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system reconciliations.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and enforce strict safety compliance and housekeeping standards (5S) across the warehouse floor.
- Manage material flow and optimize warehouse layout to improve operational efficiency and throughput.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial warehousing.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work at both Nusa Cemerlang and Kempas locations as required.
