We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage stock levels, and lead a dedicated team within our fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between Operations and Food & Beverage (F&B) departments. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity while implementing best practices for inventory control. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, ensuring workflows are efficient and processes are followed.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels for Operations and F&B departments.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to minimize shrinkage and errors.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast inventory needs and plan for peak seasons.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including loading, unloading, and dispatching of goods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven experience in supervising staff and managing inventory for F&B or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid forklift certification is a strong advantage.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
