Join our client’s dynamic logistics team as a Warehouse Supervisor overseeing packing operations and inventory management in the Boon Lay area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a high-performing warehouse team and ensure operational excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of packers, enforcing packaging standard operating procedures (SOPs), and conducting regular stock checks to maintain accuracy across all inventory positions. You will play a critical role in identifying quality control variances and implementing corrective actions to minimize discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems for real-time inventory updates and tracking. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead a team of packers to achieve daily production targets and quality standards
- Enforce and maintain packaging standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all shifts
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Monitor quality control variances and implement corrective actions promptly
- Update ERP and WMS systems with real-time inventory data, shipments, and receipts
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Train and mentor packers on proper handling, packing techniques, and safety protocols
- Generate operational reports and recommend process improvements to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in packing or inventory roles
- Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in ERP and WMS systems for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for QC variance identification
- Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to work shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Secondary education or equivalent is required; prior logistics certification is a plus
