Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods efficiently
- Manage inventory levels through regular audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff while enforcing safety protocols and operational standards
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize transportation schedules and dock utilization
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and operational procedures
- Prepare performance reports, inventory reports, and process improvement recommendations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, warehouse management software, and safety protocols
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and manage diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Physical ability to work in warehouse conditions and lift up to 25kg when required
