We are currently seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented professional to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods and maintaining the highest standards of safety and inventory accuracy.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the warehouse, including staff supervision, inventory control, and logistics coordination. You will play a key role in optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of personal care and cosmetic products.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, WHMIS standards, and workplace hygiene protocols.
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any shipping discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and prepare accurate inventory reports for management review.
- Implement and maintain 5S workplace organization standards to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance warehouse performance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably within the FMCG or Personal Care sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) and safety compliance.
- Proficient in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, to meet business demands.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive company vehicles when required.
