Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with pharmaceutical standards
- Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Oversee inventory management, including stock reconciliation and cycle counting
- Implement and optimize warehouse management systems and processes
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical storage
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervision experience in pharmaceutical sector
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical storage regulations
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Singaporean work permit required (SG Only)
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
