Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and outbound shipping processes
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Train staff on new equipment, procedures, and technology systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in logistics/e-commerce
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with OHS standards and safety compliance
- Advanced communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
