This is a full-time opportunity to oversee critical supply chain operations, manage stock flow, and ensure that our manufacturing facility operates at peak efficiency. You will be the bridge between the warehouse floor and the production line, ensuring that materials are available when needed and that inventory is managed with precision.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to maximize productivity and maintain high morale.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all materials.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, health regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to align warehouse operations with semiconductor manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor KPI performance and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and support a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computer software for inventory tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Valid forklift license and knowledge of safety regulations are considered a strong advantage.
