Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Manage inventory levels through cycle counts and audits to maintain accuracy
- Lead and train warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Enforce safety protocols and security measures to prevent workplace incidents
- Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and transportation teams for smooth operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in logistics/transportation
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and practices
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software
- Experience implementing process improvements and lean methodologies
- Valid forklift operator certification preferred
