- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff through task delegation, performance monitoring, and training
- Implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and accuracy
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline supply chain workflows
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and efficient space utilization
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management
- Proven team leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software
- Certification in warehouse safety standards (e.g., OSHA, WDA) preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) safely
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages
