Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and operational compliance.
- Maintain rigorous inventory controls and perform regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Enforce strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols across the facility.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport departments to streamline delivery workflows.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, providing actionable insights for process improvements.
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance schedules and facility cleanliness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain supervision.
- Strong understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory tracking software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Proven ability to lead teams and resolve operational conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices for material handling.
- Independent worker with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of urgency.
- Willingness to be stationed in the Penjuru or Sunview Road area.
