Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure daily targets are met with high accuracy.
- Oversee end-to-end picking, packing, and dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain rigorous inventory control standards through regular cycle counts and system audits.
- Enforce strict safety compliance and ensure all team members adhere to workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.
- Manage daily staff scheduling and workflow distribution to optimize productivity.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship to warehouse personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking procedures.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across different departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good understanding of workplace safety regulations and operational best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
