Bestank Manufacturing Corporation, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to drive the success of our Iloilo City facility. In this role, you will oversee all warehouse activitiesâfrom receiving incoming shipments to ensuring the accurate storage and timely dispatch of finished goods.
Youâll collaborate closely with production, procurement, and quality teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, implement efficient workflows, and uphold our commitment to safety and compliance. Key responsibilities include organizing stock on designated racks, performing regular cycle counts, managing scheduling and attendance, and enforcing safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure all stocks are properly piled, labeled, and stored in designated racks for easy access and inventory accuracy.
- Implement and enforce safety standards, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and conduct regular safety audits.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies with the ERP system.
- Develop and supervise warehouse staff through training, performance reviews, and workflow optimization.
- Manage team scheduling, attendance, and overtime to meet production demands.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to streamline material flow and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, 5S, and lean warehousing principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problemâsolving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when required.
- Forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain) is an advantage.
