Trade Mate Distribution Inc. is a premier logistics and distribution provider committed to excellence in supply chain management. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Warehouse Team Leader to oversee our operations in Guiguinto, Bulacan. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our facility runs with maximum efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse personnel, inventory integrity, and the seamless flow of goods. We are looking for a proactive professional who can motivate a team to hit performance targets while maintaining high standards of quality control. In this role, you will act as the bridge between management and floor staff, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will work in a fast-paced environment that rewards hard work, technical proficiency, and innovative thinking in warehouse optimization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of goods.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse assistants, monitoring performance and providing training where necessary.
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and rigorous documentation.
- Coordinate with the transport and logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing 5S principles and OSH standards.
- Generate daily and weekly reports regarding warehouse throughput, damages, and labor productivity.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper usage of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage space to improve operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities in a high-pressure setting.
- Strong understanding of inventory control procedures and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Vocational diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Must be willing to work in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
