Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and team briefings.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to maintain optimal stock accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Prepare performance reports, analyze operational metrics, and implement process improvements.
- Manage shift schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifting schedules, as required by operations.
