Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence? Sanitary Care Products Asia is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Dagupan City. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring the seamless flow of goods, and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency among your team.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our warehouse floor. You won't just be managing tasks; you will be coaching your team to hit performance targets while maintaining the high standards of quality our brand is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards are met.
- Implement and maintain rigorous inventory control processes to minimize variances.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper utilization of warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Manage team schedules, performance evaluations, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular operational reports regarding stock levels, productivity, and logistics challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Exceptional leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
