- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution activities
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with company policies
- Optimize inventory management processes through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Train team members on equipment operation, warehouse systems, and best practices
- Monitor productivity metrics and implement process improvements
- Prepare operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in forklift operation or relevant safety training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
