In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff activities, and drive efficiency across the facility. Your primary focus will be ensuring that daily workflows are executed smoothly, inventory is accurately managed, and safety protocols are strictly followed. You will act as a bridge between upper management and floor staff, providing guidance, conducting training, and ensuring that every team member understands their responsibilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow execution.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, providing guidance on tasks and performance standards.
- Enforce strict safety and health regulations to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock picking, packing, and dispatching processes.
- Conduct daily briefings and training sessions to improve team efficiency and product knowledge.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize productivity.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the relevant department immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards (WHS) and operational procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and computer applications.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts or overtime as required by business needs.
