Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards
- Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient product distribution
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years warehouse management or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics operations
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when necessary
- Willingness to relocate to Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
