Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily tire center operations including inventory management, service scheduling, and quality control
- Lead and develop a team of tire technicians through training, performance monitoring, and mentorship
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for seamless tire stock replenishment and logistics
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health standards
- Monitor operational metrics and implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Resolve customer inquiries and service issues with prompt, professional solutions
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Collaborate with sales and maintenance departments for integrated service delivery
Kualifikasi
- College degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (3+ years experience may substitute)
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse or tire center supervision/management
- Strong knowledge of tire products, inventory systems, and warehouse operations
- Proven leadership skills with team management and development experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Physical ability to work in warehouse environment and lift heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
