Tanggung Jawab
- Perform various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and arc welding to fabricate, repair, and maintain warehouse equipment and structures
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate welding work
- Inspect welded components for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently, following proper maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to support equipment maintenance and repair needs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of welding procedures and best practices
- Participate in training programs to enhance welding skills and stay updated on industry advancements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in welding is preferred
- Proven experience in welding, with proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques
- Knowledge of metal properties, welding procedures, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various warehouse conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to undergo additional training and certification as required
