The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency. You will be the primary point of contact for receiving incoming shipments and issuing supplies to various departments, ensuring that the club's high-service standards are supported by seamless backend operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
- Perform accurate recording and documentation of all inventory movements using manual or digital logs.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure all warehouse areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate with different club departments to facilitate the timely delivery of requested supplies and materials.
- Inspect incoming deliveries for quality, quantity, and damage, and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain security protocols to prevent pilferage or unauthorized access to club assets.
- Assist in the periodic auditing of stocks and prepare summary reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in warehousing or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse, stockroom, or supply chain environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Physical capability to lift heavy items, move boxes, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly in MS Office (Excel/Word) or inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse departments.
- Strong sense of integrity and reliability in handling company assets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to strict timelines.
