In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of quality, ensuring that our post-construction projects meet the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.
As our Warranty Services Engineer/Architect, you will bridge the gap between project completion and long-term asset management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving post-construction issues, conducting thorough building system inspections, and overseeing rectification works. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the assessment and resolution of post-construction building defects and warranty claims.
- Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate the performance of building systems (MEP, architectural, and structural).
- Coordinate with contractors and third-party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality rectification of defects.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all warranty-related issues, resolutions, and client communications.
- Ensure that all works comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and Megaworldâs internal quality standards.
- Develop strategies to improve future construction quality based on recurring post-construction findings.
- Manage client expectations through professional communication and transparent project updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; Professional License (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, quality assurance, or facilities maintenance.
- Strong understanding of Philippine building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering blueprints.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for liaising with contractors and unit owners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
