Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming warranty claims accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Analyze technical data and service reports to validate warranty coverage and claim legitimacy.
- Coordinate closely with workshop technicians and service advisors to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Monitor claim status and follow up with manufacturers regarding claim approvals or rejections.
- Provide detailed reports on warranty trends, common defects, and potential quality issues to management.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and professional communication.
- Ensure all internal warranty databases and software systems are kept up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an automotive service or warranty administration role is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical service manuals and warranty guidelines.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle internal and external stakeholder interactions.
- Strong work ethics, discipline, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-oriented environment.
