Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily waste management operations, including the collection, segregation, and storage of waste materials.
- Ensure all waste is handled, treated, and disposed of in strict accordance with local environmental and safety regulations.
- Operate relevant machinery and equipment safely, such as compactors or forklifts, to transport waste.
- Conduct routine inspections of waste storage areas to maintain cleanliness and prevent hazards.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of waste volumes, disposal methods, and recycling metrics.
- Collaborate with the logistics and manufacturing teams to optimize waste reduction strategies.
- Wear and maintain appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Report any safety hazards, spills, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven experience as a Waste Handler, General Worker, or similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and environmental compliance.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to operate basic handling equipment; forklift certification is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a responsible, proactive work ethic.
- Willingness to work on-site in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
