Halmahera Persada Lygend is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Waste Utilization Superintendent to join our expanding team. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing advanced waste management workflows, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and transforming waste streams into valuable operational assets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for the collection, treatment, and utilization of industrial waste.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure high efficiency and adherence to strict safety and environmental standards.
- Analyze material flow data to identify opportunities for resource recovery and byproduct monetization.
- Collaborate with engineering and production departments to integrate waste reduction initiatives into existing processes.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies regarding waste compliance and reporting.
- Lead and mentor site personnel, fostering a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to waste management and operational cost-efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in industrial waste management, recycling, or circular economy operations.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale operational teams in a manufacturing or mining environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations (AMDAL, B3 Waste management) and global sustainability standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and operational management systems.
