Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous wastewater treatment performance
- Implement and maintain environmental compliance protocols exceeding regulatory standards
- Conduct routine water quality testing and chemical parameter analysis
- Oversee maintenance of treatment equipment including pumps, filters, and biological reactors
- Develop and submit environmental compliance reports to regulatory authorities
- Coordinate emergency response procedures for system malfunctions or spills
- Optimize treatment processes to reduce operational costs and environmental footprint
- Train staff on safety procedures and operational best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in wastewater treatment plant operations
- Professional certification in wastewater treatment (e.g., Class A/B Operator)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian environmental regulations (DOE standards)
- Experience with SCADA systems and water quality monitoring equipment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex treatment systems
- Project management experience for infrastructure upgrades
- Excellent written communication skills for technical reporting
