Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control wastewater treatment processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on treatment equipment including pumps, filters, and chemical dosing systems
- Conduct daily water quality tests and analyze data to adjust treatment parameters
- Prepare and submit detailed operational reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal treatment efficiency
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations
- Basic knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in conducting water quality testing and interpreting lab results
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics and operational manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Valid certification in wastewater treatment is an advantage
