Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed engineering design, analysis, and calculations for a variety of water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants, and hydraulic structures.
- Manage the full lifecycle of routine water engineering projects independently, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and review technical specifications, reports, drawings, and other project documentation in compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Conduct hydrological and hydraulic modeling, water quality assessments, and feasibility studies to support project development and decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparations, contributing to business development initiatives.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with GHD's safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in water infrastructure design and engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and execute routine engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, EPANET, HEC-RAS, InfoWater, or similar hydraulic modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of Philippine engineering standards, codes, and environmental regulations related to water and wastewater.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing clear technical reports and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Registered Professional Engineer (or actively working towards registration) in the Philippines is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
