Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of desalination and water treatment plants to maintain optimal performance
- Monitor water quality parameters including pH, turbidity, salinity, and chemical residuals
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for RO membranes, pumps, and filtration systems
- Conduct root cause analysis of water quality deviations and implement corrective actions
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders
- Train operational staff on safety protocols and water treatment best practices
- Optimize chemical usage and energy consumption to reduce operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Water Resources Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in desalination plant operations or WTP management
- Professional certification in water treatment (e.g., WQA CWS/CWS) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian water quality regulations (SNI and PERMen LH)
- Proficiency in operating SCADA systems and water quality monitoring equipment
- Experience troubleshooting membrane fouling and scaling issues in RO systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage emergency response protocols for water quality incidents
