NCH Corporation is looking for a passionate Water Treatment Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our growth strategy by managing your designated sales territory and selling a range of specialty Water Treatment products. We are seeking a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between technical engineering solutions and commercial sales goals. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building customer relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service for our clients in the Central Luzon region.
As a Sales Engineer, you will leverage your technical background to solve complex water treatment challenges for our diverse client base. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow the assigned sales territory for specialty water treatment products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the water treatment or chemical industry.
- Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes, industrial chemicals, and equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Tarlac and Central Luzon area.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
