Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement personalized wealth management and investment strategies tailored to client profiles.
- Proactively cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analyses and portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Provide expert advice on investment products, asset allocation, and retirement planning.
- Stay abreast of macroeconomic trends and market updates to provide timely, value-added insights to clients.
- Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions including tax planning and legacy management.
- Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and professional ethics in all client interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant financial advisory certifications (e.g., CMFAS modules M5, M9, M9A, HI) are highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning, wealth advisory, or banking services.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management within the financial sector.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and compliance standards.
