Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and lead end-to-end functional testing for complex wealth management modules, including investment portfolios and financial reporting tools.
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirement documents.
- Identify, record, and track software defects with high precision using Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.
- Perform thorough regression testing to ensure that new code deployments do not negatively impact existing system functionality.
- Verify data integrity and backend logic by performing SQL queries and analyzing database outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to resolve defects and improve system performance.
- Provide detailed quality reports and participate in release readiness reviews to ensure high-standard deployments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies within the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role, specifically within the Fintech, Banking, or Wealth Management sectors.
- Strong understanding of functional testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with financial products, wealth management workflows, and investment terminology.
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test management software.
- Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively report on technical issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
