Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of wealth planners to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the client base in Kuching and Sarawak.
- Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients.
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes within the insurance and financial services industry.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, insurance sales, or wealth management.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valid Insurance Agent/Financial Planner license (AM/AMF or equivalent).
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
