- Analyze client financial situations, risk profiles, and long-term goals to develop comprehensive wealth plans.
- Provide expert consultation and recommendations on life insurance products and investment vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of active clients.
- Conduct regular financial reviews to assess portfolio performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to provide the best advice.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and acquisition targets within the remote framework.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial planning principles, life insurance products, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated in a remote (WFH) work environment.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize client needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and financial planning tools is a plus.
- Must be willing to obtain necessary licenses or certifications required for financial advisory roles.
